Du Verre sand cast hardware is manufactured by hand in small batches using the traditional sand cast method. Molten metal is poured into individual molds. Once the metal hardens it is released from the mold and is ready for finishing. Craftsman painstakingly clean and polish each piece. The result is a one of a kind, hand-finished original. The small variations inherent in this process give a warmth and beauty to each piece.

Du Verre die cast hardware is elegant, precise and cost effective. Die cast aluminum hardware is manufactured from recycled aluminum. This technology brings precision and consistency to the collections. In addition, this methodology is environmentally friendly causing the least amount of impact on the environment. By using post consumer recycled aluminum, air and water pollution is greatly reduced.
